What chiropractic care means at Windsor Chiropractic

At Windsor Chiropractic, chiropractic care is about more than easing pain — it’s about giving your body the chance to work as it was designed to.

We gently restore movement in the joints, reduce tension in the muscles, and support your body’s natural ability to move well. This helps everyday activities feel easier and more comfortable, so you can get back to doing the things you enjoy.

We’ve seen so many people across Windsor and surrounding communities rediscover comfort, confidence and joy in their daily lives through chiropractic care.

Our goal is simple. To help your body move well, feel better, and support you in living the life you love.

Questions we’re often asked

Will it hurt?
Chiropractic care at Windsor Chiropractic is carefully matched to your body and designed to feel both effective and comfortable. Some people notice mild post-exercise soreness as their body starts adapting to healthier movement. This is temporary and often followed by a sense of relief and ease.
Will I get treatment on my first visit?
Yes. If it’s safe and appropriate, your chiropractor will start your care at your first appointment. Everything will be explained clearly so you know exactly what to expect and can relax from the start.
How long will my first appointment take?
Please arrive five minutes early so you don’t feel rushed. The appointment lasts around 40 minutes. This gives you time to share your story, ask questions, and have a thorough assessment.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes we have free parking outside our practice. Click on these links for helpful videos on where to park:

What if I feel nervous?
Feeling nervous is completely normal. We’ll explain every step, check you’re comfortable, and move at your pace. Most people say they feel calmer and more confident as soon as they meet us.
Do I need a GP referral to see you?
No, you can book directly without a referral. If needed, we can contact your GP to support joined-up care. This helps ensure everyone involved in your health is working together for you.
What happens after my first visit?
You’ll leave your first chiropractic visit with clarity and a personal plan shaped around your goals. As a result, nothing is one-size-fits-all. If ongoing care is recommended, we’ll book your next appointment before you leave, so your progress stays on track. Every step is explained clearly so you know what to expect, and your progress will be reviewed regularly.
What if no one has found the cause of my problem yet?
That’s okay. At your first chiropractic visit, we’ll take time to listen, assess thoroughly, and piece the whole picture together. As a result, you’ll finally understand what’s happening and how to move forward. If we find that your condition is more complex,we may suggest further investigations such as x - rays, blood tests or an MRI. If ongoing care is recommended, we’ll plan your next steps before you leave.
Can I come even if I’m not sure what’s wrong yet?
Yes. You don’t need a diagnosis first. We’ll explore what’s happening and decide if chiropractic care is appropriate and safe for you, so you can stop worrying and start getting answers.
What if I’ve had this problem for years — is it too late?
It’s never too late to seek help. At your first chiropractic visit, we’ll focus on where your body is now and explain what we find. This means you’ll understand your options, and we’ll plan your next steps together to support lasting improvements at your own pace.
